    • GHS signs are required as a precaution to ensure safe handling, storage and disposal of hazardous chemicals. 

    • This GHS sign must be visibly displayed on:

      • The individual container of a corrosive chemical, and; 

      • The exterior of the facility, vehicle or storage container in which the chemical is located/stored - To appropriately inform and alert emergency services in the case of an emergency.
